BIRMINGHAM

UK Homes Network is the first dedicated social media platform built exclusively for the UK property industry.  Our platform has quickly become a thriving digital hub, and now we’re taking that energy offline.

UK Homes Network LIVE is our flagship in-person event series: bringing together the movers, makers, and future-shapers of UK property under one roof. Now, we’re returning to Birmingham for what promises to be an even bigger night of connection, conversation and celebration.

Property Events in Birmingham

Birmingham, a city that generates over £60.78 billion GVA, drives nearly 10% year-on-year economic growth and is powering through more than £10 billion of regeneration, including landmark projects like Smithfield and Arden Cross. It’s a place defined by reinvention and resilience.

The Indian Brewery captures that same spirit: independent, creative and unmistakably Brummie.

The Venue, The Indian Brewery

he Indian Brewery in Birmingham isn’t just a venue: It’s a symbol of what the UK property industry is built on: reinvention, resilience and community.

Set inside a former engineering works in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, the building once housed Brook Welding, a family-run operation that stood here for decades before closing in 2022. What could have become another forgotten industrial shell was instead brought back to life. The Indian Brewery took over, restored the heritage of the space and turned it into something completely new; a brewery, taproom and food hall that blends its industrial past with a genuinely modern, buzzing atmosphere.

And that is exactly why we’re coming back.

Walk inside and you’ll see the original bones of the building everywhere: exposed steelwork, open-plan galleries, high ceilings and the sense of a place that once powered Birmingham’s manufacturing story. But now it’s been reinvented into a social hub — craft beer brewed on-site, the famous butter chicken pizzas, the pakora that everyone talks about, bench seating, a mezzanine, games, a huge screen and an atmosphere you simply can’t fake.

It represents Birmingham perfectly.
A city that refuses to stay still. A city that rebuilds, reimagines and pushes forward.

Our first UK Homes Network LIVE here became one of the most talked-about nights in property because the venue itself did half the work for us. People stayed longer, talked more, connected more deeply and genuinely enjoyed themselves. They were in a place with character, energy and stories built into the walls.

So when we asked our members where we should go next, the answer was loud and clear:
Bring it back to the Brewery.

Yes. There are public car parks and on street options close to the venue. Central Birmingham can be busy in the evening, so it is worth checking car park options in advance or using rail and tram if that is easier.

We will be capturing photos and video content for UK Homes Network marketing and social channels. If you would prefer not to appear in any images, let a member of the team know when you arrive and we will work around that where possible.

After the event you will receive details on how to connect with other guests inside the UK Homes Network app. That way, the property networking does not stop when you leave the brewery. You can keep talking, share updates on deals and stay visible for future events.
