The event we were told we’d never pull off
When we launched UK Homes Network, someone famously said: “You boys couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery.”
So naturally, we had to prove them wrong.
On Wednesday 18th June 2025, we’re doing exactly that with our very first in-person event: UK Homes Network LIVE. We’re taking over one of Birmingham’s most iconic and quirky venues, The Indian Brewery, for an evening packed with property networking, great food, drinks, entertainment and real industry connections.

For over a year, UK Homes Network has grown into a buzzing online platform and community. Now, it’s time to step away from the screen and meet face-to-face. This event is about real conversations, real relationships, and real opportunities.
The Venue: The Indian Brewery, Birmingham
This isn’t your average networking venue. The Indian Brewery is a vibrant, independently owned space known for its craft beers, street food, and unmistakably Birmingham character.
Located near Snow Hill Station, it’s easy to get to – and hard to forget. It’s the perfect place to bring our unique energy to life.

Tickets for UK Homes Network LIVE are available now on Eventbrite. Spaces are limited and they will sell out – so we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
If you’re a regular on the UKHN app or totally new to the Network, everyone is welcome. If you’re in the property industry and want to meet others who speak your language, this is the place to be.
Why this event is different
